Escape Watersports is now offering a way for you to buy that dream kit, use it, but spread the cost over an extended period of time.


How does it work?

There are two options for you to choose.

With a Personal Loan, you can borrow between £500 and £15,000 which allows you to use your purchased item straight away.
You then simply have to repay this over a time period anywhere from 12 to 60 months.
Interest rates are relative, and can be between 7.9% and 19.9% APR.

The second option is Interest Free Credit. This is just as easy as a loan, and once you have ticked off all the criteria required, you simply have to pay off your purchase over a 6 to 48 month period.
Interest Free Credit is not available on already discounted products, but get in touch if you have any queries about your desired purchase.

Llangorse 2014

Another year, another great competition hosted by the South Wales Kayak Anglers.

The Llangorse Lake Kayak Angling Competition offers keen fishermen a chance to hunt for the elusive Pike, along with other species like Perch and Roach that lurk in the open waters of the lake.

With plenty of prizes to be won on the day, the kayak anglers travelled from far and wide, and this fantastic turn out helped to raise £500 for the Heroes On The Water charity. A big thank you goes out to SWKA for organising the event, as well as Palm Equipment and System X for donating prizes.

And of course a huge thank you to everyone who attended, making it another cracking weekend!

The Severn Bore

This one has been on our bucket list for some time now. The Severn Bore is one of eight in the UK, and one of the biggest tidal surge waves in the world. This natural phenomenon can happen as many as 60 times a year, and surfers and kayakers travel for miles to try and ride it as long as possible.

Inevitably this party wave turns into a bit of a free for all, and trying to stay on the wave often means losing a few friends along the way, although this just adds to the spectacle and fun!

This Winter has officially been the wettest of all time! So there was no excuse not to be out chasing the rain and taking on some white water.

The team covered the classics in South Wales, with most of the rivers in Waterfall Country running at nice levels most of the time.

Grand Canyon & Chile Adventures

This December our team paddlers ventured across the pond, with their sights set on the Grand Canyon.
The 16 day trip is certainly on most people's lists, with testing white water and beautiful scenery it is not an opportunity to miss!

The team finished their adventure with a trip to Las Vegas, where they could "relax" for a few days before heading home for Christmas.

Jim however, headed South across the border to Chile, looking for some truly epic white water paddling locations.
